Learn to paint portraits from life from John Lasater at this two-day intensive workshop which will run 9am-4:30pm each day. Beginners are welcome, but we recommend that there be some familiarity with the painting medium you are bringing. Oil, acrylic, or watercolor are acceptable painting mediums. On both days, there will be instruction, demonstration and practice, all with a live model present.
If you are worried about the difficulties of painting a face, don't worry, leading up to the workshop there will be a couple videos to watch and some exercises to familiarize you with drawing and forming a face.
